JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to: Managing Director
Job Description:.

1.Risk Management
• Develop and maintain a Risk Management Framework
• Prepare timely and accurate risk management reports
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor risk management activities
• Assist in the oversight of the management and maintenance of the policies and
• procedures for Risk Testing, Fraud Prevention, and Internal Controls.
• Ensure coordination, preparation and submission of OEL (Occupational Exposure
• Limit desk reviews)
• Coordinate and facilitate risk management reviews conducted by external providers
• Support Process Owners to develop and update Risk Registers
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Manage incident reporting processes.

2. Compliance Management
• Develop and maintain a Compliance Management Framework
• Prepare and update quality documentation in accordance with ISO, AEO and other company adopted standards for quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, monitor and manage the company’s compliance with internal control requirements to ensure effectiveness
• Training of staff on compliance risks

3. Team Development
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
4. Technical Qualifications:
• CPA/ACCA – Level 2
• Risk Management Certification
• Systems thinking;
• Information Analysis & Management;
• Quality Assurance Analysis & Management;
• Related technological tools & programs Performance Management
