PILA Consultants is a client centered local firm with an international perspective and a truly unique consultancy concept focusing on organizational! institutional Development and Human Resource Management.

A reputable regulatory body seeks to recruit competent and well-motivated persons to fill vacant positions in its establishment. The positions are contractual, running for an initial three to five (5) years period depending on the position, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance.

Records Clerk (1 position)

Job Purpose
Provide support services to the registry and efficiently distribute mail ‘and other correspondences to stakeholders.

Reports to the Senior Executive Secretary

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver correspondences and other documents to stakeholders.
Sort and file records of office activities as shall be guided.
Photocopy and scan documents as shall be required.
Bind documents as shall be guided.
Any other duties as shall be assigned.

Qualifications, Experience and Age Limit:

• Must have “O” level certificate with a minimum of a pass in Englishlarrguage.
• Should have two (2) years’ experience in Motorcycle riding within an urban setting.
• Should have one (1) years‘ experience in performing courier services.
• Must have a valid Motorcycle riding license.
• Should be between 22 and 35 years old.

• Good interpersonal skills and team-work orientation
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Should be confident and articulate
• Should be trustworthy
• Should have a polite demeanour
