Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Support Services Manager to oversee critical IT functions across our Africa region offices. The successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated, customer-focused, and technology-proficient professional with a proven track record in managing complex IT landscapes. They will be expected to navigate IT service requests, incident resolution, staff management, and vendor relationships while upholding strict adherence to IT security and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the process for managing all IT service requests from end-users in the Africa region offices, ensuring alignment with global IT service level objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for all complex IT service incidents and problems experienced by end-users.
• Oversee the IT Onboarding process for new hires, collaborating closely with HR and global IT teams to ensure seamless integration and readiness of new hires.
• Implement and manage robust systems for tracking and managing all IT as- sets across the Africa region offices.
• Forge and manage relationships with third-party IT service vendors, taking charge of contract renewals and enforcement of service level agreements. Uphold and enforce stringent IT Security policies, procedures, and regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Directly manage and mentor IT staff located in the Africa region offices, promoting a culture of service excellence in alignment with our organizational values.
• Pioneer the evaluation and testing of new technology for suitability with local operational needs.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• A self-starter with a strong customer service orientation.
• Committed to achieving excellence and driving the standard of performance. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in managing and supporting complex IT infrastructure solutions and services, including experience in regional IT management roles within MNEs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing regional or multi-site IT operations. Extensive technology experience including Azure, MS Windows, MS Office, Network and Network appliances, and both Windows and Mac Laptops/De- vices.
• Advanced IT certification/training (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) preferred.
