Job Title: Registered nurse (01 Vacancy)
Report to: Medical officer
Duty location: Adjumani.
Remuneration: Attractive


Job descriptions:.
1. Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
2. Protects organization’s value by keeping patient information confidential.
3. Serves and protects the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures
4. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations, and maintaining licensure.
5. Enhances nursing department and hospital reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
6. Participate in compiling drug list for purchasing
7. Participant in daily dispensing
8. Participate in stock taking
9. Packing prescriptions
10. Receiving and verifying goods
11. Keeping daily records of items sold
12. Follow the rules and regulations of professional regulative bodies
13. Any other assignment by the supervisors


Qualification, Skills and Experience:
Academic Qualification: Diploma in comprehensive or enrolled nursing or Psychiatric nursing from a recognized institution
Skills and knowledge:
1. Knowledge of computer is a must. You must know basic computer software like Excel and Microsoft word.
2. You must be able to demonstrate innovativeness
3. Excellency in community and hospital nursing
