JOB DETAILS:
Your mission at Sistema.bio
Reporting to the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of the Uganda Dairy Biogas Program in the respective region through establishing strong partnerships, supporting effective B2C strategies, generating new business opportunities, and providing comprehensive support to partner sales teams.

You’ll be in charge of:
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with local implementation partners in the region.
• Helping partners develop a B2C strategy that meets the required partner sales targets.
• Leading generation and referrals to partners.
• Researching and recommending new business partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Supporting partners' sales teams on all aspects of the sales process including sales training and coaching.

More about YOU
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a Business-related or social sciences course.
• Experience between 1 year and up to 3 years in agriculture sector
• Strong knowledge in a variety of software applications (e.g Salesforce, Taroworks).
• Experience in designing and implementing effective partnerships evaluating and researching partnerships options Project management.
• Proven experience working independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of agricultural practices and renewable energy technologies.
• Passion for promoting sustainable farming methods and renewable energy solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
