REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Sub-Office Mbarara, invites qualified suppliers, and service providers to make a firm proposal for the following tender.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: No. RFP/2024/UGAMB/001
FOR THE UPGRADE OF POWER TO THREE PHASE SYSTEM/SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF A 200KVA TRANSFORMER AT UNHCR SUB-OFFICE MBARARA.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: 02/07/2024 - 17:30 Hrs. LOCAL TIME
Pre-bid conference and mandatory site visit will be on Thursday 20th June 2024 at UNHCR Sub-Office Mbarara at 10:00 a.m. Local Time.
Interested suppliers are encouraged to request for FREE of CHARGE tender documents by writing to ugambsup@unhcr.org before 19/06/2024. The email request must include the tender reference number in the subject line.
Note: Bids will be rejected if not submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents.
