Request for Quotations - Uganda Assistive Products
Learning, Acting, and Building for Rehabilitation in Health Systems (ReLAB-HS) is a USAID-funded activity that is working to strengthen the integration of rehabilitation and assistive technology into health systems through a scalable approach and is committed to supporting local solutions.

The purpose of this request for quotations (RFQ) is to procure a minimum stock of a variety of quality and simple assistive products to enable the provision of appropriate assistive technology services at the Primary Health Care Level in Iganga. ReLAB-HS is opening this RFQ for crutches (660 pairs), canes (200 units), tripods (100) units), quadripods (100 units), rollators (8 units), walking frames (64 units), toilet chairs (45 units), shower chairs (50 units), and spare parts.

September 12, 2024 is the deadline to submit questions and September 26, 2024 is the deadline for final bid submissions using the Excel Request for Quotation Form.
