Mission For All (MIFA) is an indigenous Christian NGO established in 1981 with a Vision to Excelling in Holistic Child and Community Development. Its Core Values are: Christ centered, Honesty, Team work and Integrity. In order to uphold MIFA’s Vision & Mission, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following two positions in its establishment:

RESOURCE MOBILIZING OFFICER

• For building a diversified network of donors and funders, to meet the current and future needs of MIFA.
• For establishing and promoting the brand of MIFA, in carrying out publicity, raising awareness about the organization's work, a strategic thinker with strong understanding of various developmental sources and the development sector.

Key Performance Areas:

• Fundraising: Developing, implementing and monitoring fundraising strategies
• Communications and Outreach: designing strategies for communications and outreach

• Qualifications, (specifications)
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Development, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, International Relations, Public Administration and Business Administration.
• Five years‘ experience in Grant writing, fund raising and public relations.
• Prior experience/understanding of the NGO development sector, is essential;
