Restaurant General Manager – Naalya
Step into the groove of hospitality! Our client, a vibrant 120-seater restaurant in Naalya, is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to keep things running smoothly while delivering an unforgettable dining experience. This spot is all about great food, great vibes, and top-tier service.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service in a lively, high-energy space.
• Inspire and guide a team that’s as passionate about hospitality as you are.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and inventory to keep operations efficient and profitable.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer experience—every guest should leave feeling like a VIP.
• Work with marketing to create promotions and events that fit the restaurant’s unique vibe.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant—bonus points if you’ve handled a space with 100+ seats.
• A leader with a customer-first mentality and a knack for problem-solving.
• Strong financial management skills to keep the business thriving.
• Someone who gets the art of creating a memorable dining atmosphere—from service to ambiance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Uganda.
