Sales Agent
Requirements:
• Strong self-motivation.

• Strictly from; Najjera, Kira, Matugga, Gayaza, Entebbe, and Mukono
Responsibilities
• Working closely with the sales lead, and completing all allocated tasks.
• Conducting research on competition acquisition tactics and liaising with leads to take on the most strategic tactic.
• Attending and participating in meetings three times a week plus workshops and events to acquire customers.
• Updating documents and sales records.
• Sourcing, full onboarding and training of new route go-getters and always ensuring that there are six people on the routes at all times.
• Pairing up with new go-getters for their first week and ensuring that they understand Easy Matatu customer acquisition in the field.
• Continuous carrying out sales processes as defined by management - Ensuring always hitting of the target of 20 new users per week
• Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
• Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to lead and head of bi-monthly.
• Consistent appearance in the field to prospect
