Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and dynamic candidate to join the rapidly expanding team..
The Sales Executive will perform on the following:
• To sell the company product to our current and potential customer.
• Addressing customer issues and communicating the information in a timely manner to their immediate manager.
• Projection of image of the company to its customers.
• Develop and disseminate the overall team strategy and targets to ensure profitability.
• Support and motivate team members to achieve their individual targets.
• Source new customer and markets through networking and one on one engagements
• To implement company visibility plan.
• Establish excellent rapport with customers.
• Sell company products in designated channels.
• Report competitor activities in the market place – Market Analysis.
• Ensure sales route is followed diligently.
• Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures, including local and federal laws.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in sales management.
• Minimum related degree qualification from a well-known institute.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong innovative skills.
• Should be a quick thinker.
• Ability to provide solutions to unforeseen issues arising.
• Should be aggressive and able to generate sales for the company.
• Proven ability to carry out market research is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to write reports.
• Experience of MS Word, internet and email.
• Be self-driven and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
