A leading ISO certified Paints Company in Uganda is seeking to recruit dynamic, competitive, trustworthy, qualified individuals to fill the following positions:

Sales Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, market research and networking.
  
• Develop and maintain cordial relation with existing clients.
  
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  
• Meet sales and collection targets in assigned area/region.
  
• Update management on market intelligence and sales activities through daily reports.
  
• Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying customers and generating orders.
  
• Handle customer complaints satisfactorily
  
• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration with sales & marketing or related field.
  
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in the building material/ construction industry and or proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  
• Should be able to serve existing dealers and support him by establishing retail network.

• Fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with sales & marketing preferred.
  
• 1 years‘ experience in the building material construction industry is an added advantage.
  
• High energy Level, fast learner; ability to handle pressure and passion for sales.
  
• Self-motivated; results oriented with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
