Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive based in Kampala, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with potential clients. Daily tasks will include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and the ability to meet targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Understanding of the construction industry and housing market
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in B2C sales is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
