Job Description:
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of our pick-up trucks effectively.
• Conduct test drives and provide informative vehicle presentations.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in automotive sales, particularly with pick-up trucks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented team player.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Established network of potential customers in the automotive sector.
