Job details:
The Cooper Motor Corporation Uganda Limited (CMC) is a Multi-Franchise Motor Operator dealing in sales and after sales services of transportation vehicles including Ford Ranger, Suzuki, Mazda. Eicher. MAN and agricultural equipment including the New Holland. The Company wishes to invite applications for the following positions:

Position: Sales Executive – Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV)
Duty Station = Kampala Uganda
Reports to = MANAGER HCV

Job Purpose:
To execute an agreed marketing plan for the allocated brand and be responsible for the commercialization process of the brand including positioning. pricing and presentation to customers

Key Result Areas

• Ensure actualization of the monthly sales targets assigned
  
• Conduct regular market intelligence to benchmark the company against its competitors in the market,
  
• Ensure proper handing over of products to customers upon collection, while demonstrating the use of the various functions in the vehicles.
  
• Develop and follow-up on prospective customers and identify new business opportunities.
  
• Prepare sales call programs.
  
• Provide superior customer care by ensuring that customer queries are promptly responded to.
  
• Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange using a systematic record system.
  
• Validate vehicle valuations and negotiate with potential customers to maximize sales.

Experience, Qualifications and Training Required

• Have a university degree with a bias in marketing
  
• Have 3 years relevant working experience
  
• Be a good communicator with good custorner care
  
• Have negotiation skills
  
• Computer literacy
