Role Overview
As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team. This position is designed for a proactive individual who is customer-focused and results-driven. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a small, dedicated team that reports directly to the Country Manager. Your contribution will directly impact our sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Ntinda (Hybrid work arrangement)
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Country Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
2. Provide assistance to staff in performing complex duties.
3. Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budgeting purposes.
4. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales and inventory activities.
5. Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services and products.
6. Analyze sales territories to assess growth potential and set quotas.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Active Listening, Speaking, Monitoring, and Persuasion skills are essential.
• Knowledge in Customer and Personal Service, Administration and Management, Sales and Marketing, and Education and Training is required.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Dynamic CRM), spreadsheet software (Excel), Office suite (Microsoft Word), and presentation software (PowerPoint) is necessary.
• Language proficiency in English and Luganda is required.

Preferred Qualifications
Academic Background in IT will be an added advantage.

Preferred Responsibilities
• Examine merchandise for correct pricing and display.
• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel.

Desired Additional Skills
• Critical Thinking
• Negotiation.

Beneficial Experience
• Experience in sales software services is advantageous.
• Industry Specific Knowledge about Microsoft service solutions and their functions is preferable.
