Our company is in need of an experienced and resourceful SALES MANAGER to develop and implement sales growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We're searching for a professional, who has a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.
First and foremost, we're looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. We're looking for a motivated professional who is customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients.
Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse clientele base in an evolving industry landscape. Successful applicants should also be passionate about travel. .
Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business unit he/she will lead. The role involves active coordination across international teams and demands exceptional inter-personal skills. The Sales Manager is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which address dynamic customer needs, through a persuasive representation of Smart Watch’s SAAS solutions.
The role of a Sales Manager is to drive the organization’s sales and growth efforts by actively contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to craft, articulate and execute commercial development initiatives to attract new clients, retain/grow existing business and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Develop competition beating Commercial strategies and set marketing, sales and business development key performance indicators, benchmark & adjust performance goals as needed
• Assess current business processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
• keep prospective client database updated
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of opening bidding opportunities and submission of relevant service provider applications / tenders etc.
• Work with senior team members to identify risks and ensure business continuity.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.

Education/Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. A post graduate qualification or professional certification is of an advantage
• 5+ years of progressive Commercial and management experience
• Previous experience of working with B2B and B2C clients or within Service sector environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in international languages is of an advantage
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to address discerning customers with a professional approach
• Must be detail oriented and an active listener
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask when required
• Ability to develop lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
• Excellent leadership skills, demonstrated through conflict resolution and career development initiatives
• Experience in multinational sales, marketing and project management
