JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales and revenue growth of our software solutions, with a specific focus on our Health Management Information System and Diagnostic Software solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving key performance metrics. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and exceed sales targets
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on promoting our software solutions, including the Integrated Hospital Management System and Diagnostic Software solutions for Mammography, Radiology, Endoscopy.
2. Identify, lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure their success in meeting individual and team sales goals.
3. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stay updated on industry trends to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
4. Identify and target key market segments, healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within the healthcare industry, positioning our software solutions as the preferred choice for health management needs.
6. Collaborate closely with the communications team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our software solutions.
7. Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, solution demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric sales process.
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, generate regular sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a focus on selling Health Management Information Systems or related solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of hospital operations, healthcare IT systems, and the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
7. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and performance.
8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
9. Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
