JOB DETAILS:
1. Main purpose of the position:
Customer Sales Executive will work to improve on the sales volumes, identify sales leads, improving on the market coverage, pitch goods or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with both new and old clients.

2. Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
9. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Compliance
• Compliance to SOPS and closure of identified risk areas
• Inventory Management by reducing non-moving stock and managing stock days

Key Deliverables
• To meet Sales, Price Realisation, Collection and Market Growth Targets as per the approved Monthly and Annual Budget
• Tight control on expenses within

Qualifications required:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Able to speak the native language
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Relevant University degree
