JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead a branch network and support operations in Uganda.

What you will do:
• Be responsible for strategic, operational, and tactical decisions of the department
• Ensure coordinated daily operations by managing, motivating, and training a team
• Oversee 15+ current point-of-sale locations and develop an expansion plan for new branches across Kenya
• Work closely with Business Analysts & IT teams to implement automated processes in our proprietary ERP system
• Monitor and analyze results. Make timely data-driven decisions

What you will need:
• At least 2 years of previous experience in any of the following areas (Operations, Project Management, Business Administration, Consulting, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, or similar experience)
• University degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a similar field
• Hands-on approach and "getting things done" mindset
• Performance-oriented business thinking & analytical mindset
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to relocate to Kampala, Uganda
