Solarwave Uganda Limited supplies chemical-free drinking wafer purification systems and related services lo households, schools, health clinics, NGOs, and corporates across East Africa. We are a branch of The Swedish Company SolarWave AB and an authorized reseller for Canadian viqua, the world's largest supplier of residential and light commercial UV water disinfection systems.

To support our growth in East Africa, we seek to employ o Sales and Marketing Manager lo our head office in Namugongo, Kampala. Duties and Responsibilities.
This challenging position includes the following duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and support the sales and marketing team.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies.
•  Perform professional presentations and demonstrations of company products and services by physical visits to customer locations
• Represent SolarWave in high-level meetings with government ministries, embassies, UN agencies, and 'NGO’s.
• Implement and maintain customer relation
• Ship management strategies and systems.
•  Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.

Qualifications.
Our preferred candidate meets several of the following qualification criteria:

• Experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with proven track record.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
•  High level of honesty and integrity.
• Able to build deep and strong customer relationships.
• Experience in launching new products and entering new markets.
• Cross-functional knowledge of issues, policies, and programs within the sectors of water related health and/or water availability and treatment.
• Entrepreneurial, nimble and fast moving with a. drive to succeed.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and goal oriented.
•  Outgoing, comfortable and confident in social settings.
• Master’s degree in marketing or business administration. '
•  Full proficiency in The Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suites.
• Fluent in English and Luganda. Knowledge of French and Swahili.
• Driving license and driving experience.
