Faida Sales Africa (FSA) is a private limited company dedicated to helping its clients focus on
their core business as we handle their sales. The company is registered in Uganda and its core business
is:

• Sales Outsourcing.
  
• Sales Trainings.
  
• Sales Consultancy.
  The Client:
  Our Client, Mermidon, is a software development company dedicated to helping businesses automate operations and therefore run more efficiently. Their flagship product is an ERP system that automates business functions such as, Human Resource, Warehousing, Production, Accounting, Sales and others.
  About The Job:
  FSA seeks to hire a self-driven sales person to focus on the sales of Mermidon in Uganda. The
  salesperson will report to the Sales Director at FSA but will be responsible for Mermidon sales.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive Mermidon sales with in target market.
  
• Keep a sales funnel of 15 good prospects at any time.
  
• Give market feedback regarding Mermidon and what opportunities Mermidon can take on.
  

Qualifications:

• University degree in IT or other software related field.
  
• Previous experience selling services to organizations is a plus.
  
• A must do / get attitude.
  
• An ability to navigate complex organizational structures and meet with the decision makers.
  
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
  

Payment:
Our payment is a combination of a standard monthly payment and commission from sales made.
