Job details:
Scholé operates a group of private schools across East Africa. We provide an international quality school experience within the local curriculum. Our group currently consists of nine schools in Kenya and Uganda, educating around 4,000 pre- school, primary and secondary students.

We are recruiting a School Development Director who will have executive responsibility for educational outcomes at our flagship school in Uganda, Kisubi High School and cross- organizational responsibility for ensuring all students make amazing academic progress.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading quality improvements in all aspects of teaching, learning and school leadership including in an international context, experience of delivering training and coaching others and a commitment to Scholé is vision and values.
