Job Description
Are you passionate about guiding young minds toward a future in technology? We are looking for a dedicated Scratch and Python Programming Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of tech-savvy individuals.

Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Scratch and Python programming lessons to young learners aged 6 to 20 years.
• Create and adapt curriculum materials to suit various groups and skill levels.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to encourage creativity and problem-solving.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students develop coding proficiency.
• Organize coding projects, workshops, and activities to enhance hands-on learning experiences.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Scratch and Python programming.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching methods and materials.
• Monitor and assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Promote digital literacy and ethical coding practices among young learners.
• Take part in the development of learning material, including videos, lessons, quizzes, and other educational resources.
• Participate in mentorship and ensure both online and offline safety for our learners.
• Perform Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Scratch and Python programming to young people.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in both the Scratch and Python languages.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and a genuine passion for working with young learners
• Creativity in developing engaging and interactive coding projects.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor learners both online and offline (physically).
• Ability to create online content, especially learning videos and other educational materials.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
