COWI Group holds a strong competitive position in the transport infrastructure market, taking on a wide range of complex multidisciplinary projects in Uganda, East Africa and Internationally.

COWI Ltd (Uganda) are looking for a Section Leader Transport to support in developing our position further. In Uganda COWI works on significant transport projects in roads, bridges and airports as well as other sectors. In the region we are also strong in railway engineering, transport planning and public transport provision in the transport sector.

The section leader – transport will manage the Ugandan transport section, lead business development and manage projects. We welcome application s from individuals who have:

• A minimum of Bachelor degree (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering or similar
  
• At least ten years post graduate relevant experience in the transport sector in East Africa
  
• Registered Engineer status with ERB Uganda or a similar body
  
• Proven Project Management Skills
  
• Proven Business Development Skills
  
• Proven Team and Line Management Skills
