Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for leading the growth of liabilities and assets. as per set targets and manage the corporate relationships within the agreed parameters, be accountable for leading the banks eco system plus originating and managing the relationships with corporate clients and Institutions.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized University added
• A poster's degree in a Business-related field will be an
• At least 10-15 years of relevant banking experience, preferably with at least 5 years at a senior managerial position in corporate banking. Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations and practices ng to Corporate Banking products.

• Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Analytical business and investment appraisal Skills.
• Business Development Skills, Customer service skills, Relationship/ People Management skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership skills, Marketing. Selling and Strong Credit analysis skills.
