TERMS OF APPOINTMENT:
Three (3) years renewable contract upon satisfactory Performance

He/she will be responsible to the principal compliance officer for performing the following duties:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking part in developing and implementing the compliance training plan '
  
• Establishing and communicates reporting procedures and reporting models available to entities
  
• Ensuring compliance to gender and equity of public and private institutions
  
• Conducting of impromptu surveys, inspections and investigations periodically to assess adherence to laws, policies; regional and intemational protocols.
  
• Carrying out evaluation to identify areas of deficiency in order to develop tools and mechanisms for improvement
  
• Maintaining a compliance database and management system to facilitate follow up on activities and action
  
• Determining priority areas for compliance surveillance and monitoring
  
• Recommending actions relating to noncompliance or actions contrary to the legal framework.
  
• Any other duties as may be assigned to from time to time.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORKING
EXPERIENCE:

Applicants should be ugandans holding an honours bachelor's degree in Economics or Statistics or Social Administration and Social Work or Business Studies or Law from a recognized University/institution. A post graduate diploma in economics or public policy and management or project planning and management

Applicants should have the following competencies; policy Management, information communication technology, concern for quality aid standards, accountability and analytical skills:

Applicants should have at least a minimum of three (3) years working experience as a compliance officer in government or equivalent level experience from reputable organization.
