TERMS OF APPOINTMENT:
Three (3) years renewable contract upon Performance
He/she will be responsible to the principal education and training officer for carrying out the following duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and organizing training and programmes
  
• Developing sensitization manuals, messages aid poster
  
• Conducting training an: sensitization programmes
  
• Evaluating training and sensitization programmes
  
• Compiling and submitting periodic reports
  
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

MINIMUM ACADEHC QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERENCE
Applicants should be ugandans holding an honours bachelors degree in education or community and adult education from a recognized university. Specialization in special needs education or post graduate qualifications in education would be an added advantage.

Applicants should have the following competencies education/training management communicating effectively, planning, organizing and coordinating, computer literacy, innovativeness and ethics and integrity

Applicants should have a minimum of at least three (3) years working experience at the level of education officer or training officer in government or equivalent experience from a reputable organization.
