JOB DETAILS:
International Lifeline Fund (Lifeline) is a registered nongovernmental organization in Uganda, with project offices in Lira, Apac and Moroto. Lifeline has been doing humanitarian and development work in Uganda since 2006 through its Environment and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Programs. International Lifeline Fund is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, motivated WASH Engineer and Senior Finance & Administration Manager to join our dynamic and supportive team.
Senior Finance and Administration Manager, (Sfam)
Reports to: Country Director / Director of Finance (technical reporting)
Salary Grade: Negotiable, commensurate with experience and qualifications .

Key Responsibilities:
• The SFAM is responsible for the day-to-day financial tracking, reporting, forecasting, detailed analysis and budget management processes in the Uganda country office.
• In addition, the SFAM shall oversee, the logistics, office management, human resource and all administration functions of the organisation

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or business administration and additional ACCA / CPA qualifications. Masters in relevant discipline is an added advantage.
• Must have at least 5 years' experience in financial management for large and complex projects in medium and large institutions (both NGO and private sectors).
• Ability and flexibility to handle high levels of pressure to meet very strict deadlines and critical decision making.
• High integrity, unquestionable character and openness coupled with commitment to good governance.
• Conversant with computer-based finance management software skills and experience preferably with QuickBooks.
