Responsibilities.
• Based on business requirements and pain points, provide HR solutions to business departments
• Build organizations and talent teams that match business development, and promote the achievement of business goals
• Be able to effectively understand business requirements and pain points and provide HR solutions.
• Develop HR plans based on business development needs, identify talent gaps for key positions, develop effective talent acquisition, allocation, and retention measures through standard and high-quality talent supply and management activities
• Build a talent team that meets business requirements and has strong combat effectiveness to support HR practices required by business requirements.
• Talent supply, performance management, learning and development, people-job matching, incentives, and employee relationship
• Effectively operate and optimize HR processes.

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• Over 5 years of Human Resource background and understanding of basic theoretical knowledge of HR management.
• Have a good command of the basic theories and practices of one or two HR modules. (e.g. talent supply, performance management, learning and development, people-job matching, incentives, employee relationship, etc.
• Have good systematic thinking and communication influence, and have strategies and capabilities to cope with and handle complex affairs.
• Work experience in HR is preferred, and experience in HRBPs of business departments is preferred.
