Job Summary
Graphic Systems is the largest printing and packaging company in Uganda. It supplies indoor and outdoor print advertising collateral, commercial printing, cartons, labels and promotional items. In addition the company manufactures corporate wear and garments.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Graphic Systems is the largest printing and packaging company in Uganda. It supplies indoor and outdoor print advertising collateral, commercial printing, cartons, labels, and promotional items. In addition, the company manufactures corporate wear and garments.

Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales & marketing of commercial printing goods or promotional giveaway items
• Exposure to several technologies including: sheet fed offset, large format printing, digital printing, screen printing.
• Serving at least 20-30 corporate clients.
• Managing sales of at least 300,000 USD per annum
• Must have worked in Africa preferably East Africa.

Age
• Minimum 28 years old - Maximum 40 years old.

Product line:
Commercial Printing (books, posters, flyers, carnets), Large Format printing (billboards, pull up banners, tear drops), Garmenting (corporate uniforms, customized t-shirts, polos, overalls) and promotional giveaway items (USBs, mugs, agendas, etc.)

Key Skills:
• To achieve success, some of the Key Skills that the senior sales executive is expected to have include:

Sales & Marketing:
• Strong analytical, problem solving & PR skills.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to identify opportunities to increase margin & sales.
• Ability to create strong relationship with clients.

Production:
• Understanding of production processes (offset printing, large format, garment manufacturing)

Administrative Skills:
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Achieving the annual sales target

PR:
• Maintaining the strong reputation of the firm with clients

Administrative
• Record keeping (sample approvals, contracts, etc.)

Production:
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are delivered as per client requirements.
