JOB DETAILS:
Senior Tool Pusher

Responsibilities
• Practice the company’s quality, health, safety, and environmental protection management concepts, and actively participate in safety culture construction activities.
• Organize personnel to complete and implement the work of drilling rig relocation, drilling and completion; carry out special inspections before drilling, before drilling oil and gas layers and well control, and record and archive;
• Responsible for supervising and inspecting various positions to fill in various reports on time, completely and accurately
• Organize and carry out risk analysis of production operations, formulate safety measures, and ensure the effective implementation of measures
• Responsible for organizing personnel to carry out drills and training according to the drill plan;
• Organize personnel training to improve personnel operation skills;
• Check the regular maintenance of the equipment, supervise the safe use of the equipment, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
• Check the drilling rope, carry out slip cutting of the drilling rope as required, debug the anti-collision device, and record and archive;
• Responsible for the inspection of drilling tools and wellhead tools, establish a ledger, and be responsible for inspecting and measuring various well entry tools;
• Responsible for holding weekly safety meetings, pre-work meetings and pre-shift and post-shift meetings, and conduct safety education and performance appraisal for team members;
• Find problems and deal with them in a timely manner, report complex situations to the operation supervisor or senior tool pusher in a timely manner, and put forward reasonable suggestions.

Requirements
• College degree or above or technical certificate with more than 8 years of experience;
• Familiar with the company’s rig management system, with strong professional knowledge, more than 8 years of working experience in offshore platforms or land drilling rigs, and valid IWCF or IADC certificates;
• More than 8 years of drilling experience on offshore platforms or land, responsible for handling complex situations in the well at least 2 well times;
• integrity, decent, honest and self-discipline;
• Strong organizational and coordination ability, execution ability, communication ability and expression ability;
• Master the relevant management system and relevant laws and regulations implemented by this position;
• Have strong professional knowledge and management ability;;
• Possess the computer application and Chinese and English communication skills to meet the needs of the work;
• Under 50 years old;
• Hold the relevant qualification certificates required by the company.
