Job Description:
As our Social Media Manager, you will:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
• Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization strategies for social media platforms.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, using social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

What We're Looking For:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Strong content creation and writing skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to express our company’s views creatively.
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies.
• Familiarity with graphic design and image editing tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies.
