Job Description:
Enaf Coffee is seeking a creative and free-spirited Social Media Manager who loves using digital tools to tell stories, create engagement, and build a vibrant online community. This role requires someone who thinks outside the box to develop trending content and excels in communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging and trending content for our social media platforms.
• Interact with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Personal experience with social media, showcasing creativity and engagement (please include your social media handles with your resume and cover letter).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to develop creative content (text, image, and video).
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for social media management.
• Passion for storytelling and community building.
