Agape Innovations is a dynamic company committed to providing innovative solutions in agriculture and beyond. We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Software Manager to lead our app development efforts and support our team in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
App Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Agape Innovations.
• Ensure the functionality, performance, and security of applications.

App Publishing:
• Manage the deployment of mobile applications to the Google Play Store and other platforms.
• Ensure all applications comply with platform guidelines and requirements.

Team Leadership:
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with other departments to align app features with organizational goals.

Technical Expertise:
• Implement JavaScript and other programming languages as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.

UI/UX Contribution:
• Collaborate with designers to enhance the user interface and user experience.
• Ensure applications are user-friendly and visually appealing.

Project Management:
• Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Regularly report on project progress and challenges.

Character and Team Integration:
• Demonstrate a hardworking, cooperative, and truthful character.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mobile app development and publishing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
