Post: Stores Manager
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for results driven store manager to be responsible for the overall stores management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance systems and operations.
Responsibilities
• Report directly to the resident director.
• Develop plans to raise satisfaction in user departments and providing timely feedback.
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction through excellent service.
• Improve store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual environment standards.
• Report on stock level and department needs.
• Supervising assistant store manager.
Requirements and skill
• Proven successful experience in store management, preferably in a similar environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Academic qualifications
• At least a diploma in Stores management or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Must be computer literate with hands-on experience in computer operated store management packages.
