JOB DETAILS:
• Duty Station: Kolping Hotels Reports to: Hotel Manager
• Age Limit: 25-35 years

Qualification and Person Specification
• A Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Tourism, Leisure, Hotel and Institutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Three years working experience in a reputable Institution. Ability to Coach and motivate others.
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
i) Head, direct and supervise the efficient operation of the different services of the House Keeping department.
ii) Supervise the cleanness of the rooms, public areas and compound
iii) Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure smooth running of the Hotel iv) Control and supervise the movement and quality of linen issued to guest's rooms v) Check and report to the Manager all maintenance work.

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
