INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

Contract Title: Supply, Delivery and Installation of IT Infrastructure Equipment.

1. The Islamic Development Bank (ISDB), hereafter referred to as the "Purchaser", would like to invite bids following ISDB's standard procurement procedures from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of IT Infrastructure Equipment for the Regional Hub of Kampala Office hereafter referred to as the "Goods and Related Services" This invitation is not transferable to another bidder.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Regional Hub of Kampala Offices and inspect the site during office hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00HRS at the address stated below.

3. A complete set of bidding documents with detailed specifications and the schedule of requirements in English will be issued to bidders upon the submission of a written application (typed and printed) to the address below.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2nd February 2023 by 4:00pm. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids shall remain valid for 60 working days from the bid submission date.

5. All bids MUST be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.

6. Bids shall be delivered in person/hard copy properly sealed, and clearly marked with the contract description, contract reference number and labelled at the back with the name of the bidder. These shall be addressed and delivered to:
