Supply of Skills Sustainability Packages (SSPs) under Framework Agreement tenders at TASO

PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO. TASO/GJ/SUPLS/2025/001

  1. TASO Uganda (The AIDS Support Organization) with support from Global Fund and allocated funds to be used for the procurement of Skills Sustainability Packages (SSPs). This procurement includes Supply and packaging skills SSPs to be engaged under Framework Agreements.
  2. The Procurement Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of the above supplies.
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in TASO Procurement and Disposal Policy manual, and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below as in (11) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9:00 am to 12:00 noon (Fridays) during working hours.
  5. The Bidding documents in English may be accessed at no cost by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below as in (11).
  6. Bids and samples (where applicable) as per requirement must be delivered to the address below as in (11) before 11:00 am on 11th April, 2025.
  7. Late bids shall be rejected nor be received and TASO shall not be liable.
  8. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below as in (11) on 11th April, 2025, 11:15 am.
  9. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 4th April, 2025 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am virtually through the link provided below:
