A reputable telecommunications company looking for candidates interested in the following positions with the necessary qualifications and experience to fill the following
Job title: Systems Engineer (1 Position)
Department: Technical Department .

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the company's systems, infrastructure with focus on continuous improvement of stability, performance, maintaining and improving the security posture of the systems, continuous monitoring of system health, and troubleshooting issues that arise.

Qualifications and Experience
• A University degree (BSc) Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from a recognized university
• Demonstrated significant experience in Linux Systems Administration (3+ years)
• Good proficiency with MySQL database management
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python,Perl, Powershell)
• Experience with Virtualization technologies (VMWare, Proxmox, XenServer, KVM)
• Deep Understanding of UNIX/ Linux Fundamentals and concepts
• DevOps Experience is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of network and server security
• Good knowledge of Apache, BIND and ISC DHCP
