JOB DETAILS:
Century Bottling Company Limited and Rwenzori Bottling Company Limited are Franchise Bottlers and distributors of CocaCola Products in Uganda. We are currently seeking to recruit Team Leaders Packaging based in Kampala.
As Team Leader Packaging you will report directly to the Unit Manager Packaging

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:

• Ensure the team controls, maintains, and operates Hi-tech equipment on the Production Lines.
  
• Ensure daily operational monitoring of line equipment and their accessories is conducted.
  
• Conduct performance reviews and coach the team to ensure productivity
  
• Document and implement all daily, weekly and monthly maintenance records in line with The Coca Cola Management System requirements.
  
• Ensure all mechanical breakdowns and rectified breakdowns are handled
  
• Ensure Quality control during Production.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering or a related field.
  
• 3 years technical and leadership experience in a FMCG environment
  
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Packaging processes
  
• MS Office skills
  
• Ability to identify gaps and initiate improvement activities.
  
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess good analytical ability and problem solving skills.
  
• Must be a strong team player possessing a high degree of integrity, flexibility, honesty and able to work under minimum supervision
