We are a brand new TV in Uganda with primary objective of providing affordable premium content to audiences across Africa. Our mission is to create world class channels that enable Ugandans to access top—notch programming, easily and freely. We are looking for hardworking and talented professionals to fill the following positions:

Technical Director
Reports to: Country General Manager
Department:Technical

• Overall head and in-charge of all technical Staff and equipment. .
  
• in charge of the ob van and any outdoor broadcasting.
  
• in charge of vision mixer studio.
  
• Monitors the off-air monitor.
  
• Oversee the cleaning and servicing of all station equipment.
  
• in-charge of supervising all day recordings in the studio.
  
• Carrying out repairs for company equipment.
  
• Provide service to our viewers who need technical assistance, in accordance to their complaints of poor signal reception.

Job specifications

Master’s Degree in Engineering with a Bias in Electronics or Radio /Television Electronics, a good knowledge in Vsat broadcast will be an added advantage.

Minimum experience:

• 8 years’ experience in Personal attributes:
  
• Good knowledge of television and video equipments.
  
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  
• Organizing and coordinating skills.
