Century Bottling Company limited is a franchise Bottler and distributor of Coca Cola Products in Uganda. We are currently seeking to recruit the following Operators based in Kampala:

TECHNICAL OPERATQR
As a technical Operator you will report directly to the Manufacturing Team Leader
Roles and responsibilities

You will

• Control, maintain, and operate Hi-tech equipment on Line 2, 3, 4 and 5.
• Conduct daily operational monitoring of line equipment and machineries. Filler, Blender, Bottle Washer, Copper, Crowner, Conveyors and their accessories.
• Document and implement all daily, weekly and monthly maintenance records in line with The Coca Cola Management System requirements. .
• Handle all mechanical breakdowns and rectified breakdowns.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by the Supervisor

Qualifications

• Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering or a related field.
• One year experience in a busy manufacturing environment; having worked in a FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
•  Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic; possess good analytical ability and problem solving skills.
• Must be a strong team player possessing a high degree of integrity, flexibility, honesty and able to work under minimum supervision.
