About US:
Vegol Limited manufactures and markets Best Fry vegetable cooking oil, Crane laundry soap and Popco laundry soap. Job Summary: Sales & distribution management and maintaining relationships with clients

Key responsibilities and duties

• Recruit and support distributors and wholesalers so that they meet their monthly targets and B:C ratios.
• Develop a PJP for the distribution vans, align the distributors, and train the DSRs on how to recruit retailers, ECO, BP, LPPC etc.
• Do regular M&E of the plan.
• Ensure customer issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Managing Relationships with customers.
• Submit daily reports on competitor activity.
• Conduct retail audit and submit report to your supervisor.
• Coordinate with the marketing team during BTL activations.
• Attain your volume, availability, and visibility targets.
• Open blue oceans, identify the gaps

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position.
• Sales person with experience in selling cooking oil and laundry soap will have an added advantage.
•  Must not have any criminal record.
• Must have a degree in any field and a diploma in sales,
