The ME&L Adviser will be responsible for the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and research plans that inform program implementation, management and strategic direction of the project. S/he shall lead the knowledge management function and learning agenda. S/he must have a degree in epidemiology, statistics, or health related field, and five years. Of relevant work experience in ME&L in donor funded projects, and demonstrated research experience and skills, complemented by experience in collaborating with various types of partners. Writing samples will be required for those candidates who are contacted for interviews. Excellent past performance references are required (references must be provided, including email addresses).
