Job details:
The Deutsche Gesellschaft tur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is working in partnership with Sate Way Right Way (SWRW) and Transaid to support heavy goods vehicle (HGV) and passenger service vehicle (PSV) driver training in Uganda in anticipation of an increased demand for professional drivers in the oil and gas sector and the wider transport and logistics industry in Uganda. SWRW is recruiting for the following positions to support the project:

Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, Communications or
Logistics (desirable). Three years relevant working experience.

Key Competences:

• Fluent English, both written and oral
  
• Report Writing and Facilitation skills
  
• Microsoft Office skills
  
• Word, Excel and Power Point.
  
• Strong organizational and planning skills
  
• Proficient Communication skills
  
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
  
• Result oriented and ability to take initiative reach targets and respect deadlines
  
• Provide high impact performance feedback for stair.
