Job details:
PILA Consultants is a client centered local firm with an international perspective and a truly unique consultancy concept focusing on organizational! institutional Development and Human Resource Management.

A reputable regulatory body seeks to recruit competent and well-motivated persons to fill vacant positions in its establishment. The positions are contractual, running for an initial three to five (5) years period depending on the position, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance.

Transport Facilitator (2 positions)
Job Purpose
To facilitate the travel of institutional staff and clients. Reports to the Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the travels of Staff, Board Members and institutional visitors.
• Deliver mail and other correspondences to institutional stakeholders.
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cooperate vehicle.
• Provide support services as shall be required.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications, Experience and Age Limit:

• Must have “O” level certificate with a minimum of a pass in English language.
• Must have a valid driving permit.
• Should have 5 years driving experience.
• Should be between 30 and 45 years old.

Other essential attributes

• Good interpersonal skills ‘and team-work orientation
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Should be trustworthy
• Should have a polite demeanour
