JOB DETAILS:
Nexus Green is a renewable energy solution provider, working in African emerging markets. It's seeking to recruit for the below positions

Designation: Transport Officer
Reports To: Logistics Manager

Job Purpose & Main Missions:
• Ensure all matters concerning the administration in the Transport Section are handled timely and it is organized.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Making sure Vehicles are properly maintained
• Inspecting vehicles
• Arranging repairs and routine maintenance
• Ensuring that all drivers and operators have the correct, up to date qualifications
• Reducing the risk of vehicle overloading
• Make sure all receipts for a trip are returned by the drivers
• Update the monthly fuel reports
• Update the monthly Mileage reports
• Update the statistics on a weekly basis
• Organize leave days for the drivers
• Make daily truck reports
• Ensure all staff gets a positive feeling about the service rendered by the transport section.

Qualification & Requirements
• Minimum degree graduate standard
• Good record in Supervising team members
• Knowledge of transport logistics
• Computer Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience:
• 5 years in the same position in a reputable organization

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
