Newrest Uganda is the only major catering company active in all catering and related hospitality segments including airline catering, contract catering, remote site and support services, railway catering, and airport and motorway retail concession.
Newrest Uganda Inflight Services is an ISO certified company based at Entebbe International Airport with various outlets across the Country. Newrest is looking for a qualified and experienced person to fill the following positions:
Waiters
Job title: Waiters
Reporting to: project Manager Supervisor
Direct Supervisor: Dining Hall Supervisors
Coordinates closely with: Kitchen/ Bakery
Profile
• Previous experience with catering / hospitality industry
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Customer oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• The cleanliness of the entire cafeteria
• Makes requisitions from stores . Makes mis-en plus for breakfast, lunch and dinner accordingly i.e crockery, cutlery, lemon slices, ginger, availing plates
• Ensures that table linen is well laid and clean Ensures that all snacks are well displayed at all times
• Ensures that the juice is in the machine and must clean the same machine before going off duty.
• Ensures that all soup menu is displayed on time

Education: Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management work experience of at least 2 years in the same area
