- Reports To: Manager Monitoring and Evaluation
- Salary Scale: UWA 05
- Number of Vacancies: 01
- Duty Station: UWA Headquarters, Kampala
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks for wildlife conservation projects.
- Track and assess the impact of UWA programs and policies.
- Collect, analyze, and report data for decision-making.
- Provide technical support in planning and performance assessment.
- Ensure compliance with conservation strategies and national development goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Additional training in Monitoring & Evaluation methodologies is an added advantage.
- At least two years of relevant experience in M&E, data analysis, or project evaluation.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency in M&E tools and reporting.
- Good report writing and presentation skills.
